Cardio Bands is our original workout, which combines interesting cardio exercises with special rubber bands, and floor exercises, with the help of which we work out the buttocks, legs and core.
Cardio will help burn a lot of calories and is based on simple jumps and their combinations which you can easily repeat, and rubber bands reduce impact of jumps and help to work out your arms and shoulders beautifully.
