An intense cardio workout featuring a bike, a rowing machine, a ski machine, an inertial treadmill, and all your endurance.
The machines will help you burn up to 500 (!!!) calories per workout, and the trainer's supervision will improve your exercise technique. Each workout ends with a cool down.
You'll train in a positive environment under the guidance of our experienced trainer. It's almost like a personal training session, but more fun.
After the workout, don't forget to check the schedule and sign up for classes focused on other muscle groups to work your entire body throughout the week.
