You’ll work out using your body weight and TRX bands, without any additional equipment. You’ll do full-body workouts thanks to the balance and different slope angles.
Some workouts can be harder and more intense. We recommend trying out different trainers and picking your favorite one. But even if you’re a novice, our trainer will select the most appropriate load for you and make sure you do everything the right way!
