- Training duration — 45 minutes - You’ll need sneakers for the workout. Cardio workouts at the most Instagrammable Smartass studio. In 2019, our Cycle studio in Kyiv received the award for the world’s best design at IES Illumination Awards. Each of our trainers offers a special approach to workouts. Some of them put more emphasis on strength and endurance, some focus on cardio workouts, and some concentrate on creating a good mood and fun dance choreography. We recommend trying out several workouts with different trainers to choose what you like best.

- Training duration — 45 minutes - You’ll need sneakers for the workout. Active functional class for all levels. You start with a punching bag. Your trainer shows simple combos, i.e., your cardio workout. After that, you do strength and cutting workouts on the floor. You’ll alternate these blocks. Thanks to this structure, your muscles will wake up faster but tire more slowly. You’ll do arms, shoulders, abs, back, and legs exercises.

- Training duration — 45 minutes - You’ll need sneakers for the workout. Intensive functional workout using various sports equipment and your weight. During a 45-minute workout, you’ll burn up to 500 calories and activate your entire body. Every workout is unique. Every workout comes with a special playlist to motivate you even more. Fly Yoga
- Training duration — 45 minutes - You’ll need regular socks for the workout. Aerial yoga where your body floats — and your mind finally takes a break from deadlines. In this class, we move through hammock-supported asanas that release tension and decompress your spine. Breathing techniques open the chest and bring you a little closer to that zen state of mind. We work with bodyweight, building flexibility and endurance — and finish with deep relaxation in the air, as if your body’s on vacation from gravity. Fly Yoga welcomes both beginners and seasoned practitioners — the hammock will be your steady support throughout the journey.
