Stretching TRX – a workout aimed at developing flexibility and mobility. The perfect combination of stretching exercises and TRX straps, designed to enhance mobility, help you to relax, and restore energy.
Please note that this workout is done without shoes. You’ll need to bring socks with a non-slip sole. You can purchase them at the reception, if you don't find them in your drawer.
