First of all, don't worry about being weak. Even if you're a beginner, our workouts are designed to accommodate all levels. Just let the trainer know about your fitness level, any physical conditions, or injuries.
Secondly, please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts. We don't allow entry once a class has begun, as skipping the warm-up could lead to injury. Additionally, arriving late disrupts the trainer's focus, which affects the experience for the entire group. You have to admit—it wouldn't be fair to the other guests.
Thirdly, check the workout description. Some classes require shoes, while others do not. For Boxing, you will need to bring your own gloves or wraps. If you don't have them, don't worry, you can purchase them at the reception. Everything else is provided free of charge at the club.
And most importantly: bring the desire to train hard and have a great time!
