In 2019, our Cycle studio in Kyiv received the award for the world’s best design at IES Illumination Awards. Each of our trainers offers a special approach to workouts. Some of them put more emphasis on strength and endurance, some focus on cardio workouts, and some concentrate on creating a good mood and fun dance choreography. We recommend trying out several workouts with different trainers to choose what you like best.
