Barre Classic is an intense and energetic full-body workout.
This class format is closer to the original world-famous barre. There won't be complicated combinations, you can easily repeat and remember everything, but the body will burn from springs and precise movements with a small amplitude and unusual positions. We will start by working with small dumbbells to make the arms beautiful and graceful. Then we will work on the hips and glutes, where a ballet barre will be especially helpful. And, of course, let's not forget about the core in the final.
