Standard franchise
The Smartass team provides complete support for the construction and launch of the club.
The franchisee receives control of an already functioning business and a trained team, as well as regular consulting from the central office during the first 4 months of operation. After launch we receive a percentage of the income.
Management franchise
The franchisee acts as a passive investor, and our experienced operations team is engaged in the construction and launch of the club, ensures the selection of personnel and carries out full management of the project in the future, sharing profits with the franchisee

My architectural background enabled Smartass to launch an architectural department in-house. This way, we can not only perform the relevant works at a cost but also be as flexible as possible regarding the countries and cities where we operate. Smartass in Bali will be different from Smartass in Berlin. But you won’t confuse Smartass with anything anywhere in the world!
